Tarp for a Sibley Bell Tent

I am thinking of getting a tarp for my Sibley bell tent to prolong it's life or to keep it in better shape. My goal would be to add a stove jack to accommodate a wood stove. I have found three different tarps made of different materials. Which material would you recommend and why?
