Sleep set up

Hi everyone,

What's the best sleep set up for winter camping. Not necessarily brands or anything like that unless it's that important...but let's say the shelter has a floor and there's a ground tarp under the shelter.

So when it gets to the sleeping bag...do you ground tarp it again? Bivy over the sleeping bag?

How do you ensure keeping that area dry?
